What is the purpose of this styled shoot?
The goal is to develop a strong, high-end wedding portfolio for all participating vendors while creating content that elevates each brand collectively.
Will participants receive the photos/videos, and what are the image rights?
Yes. All edited photos (and videos, if applicable) will be delivered to all vendors for portfolio and commercial use, with no additional fees. All photos/videos can be used freely for websites, social media, press, and marketing purposes by every participating vendor. As the aim is to develop each other we encourage crediting all vendors.
How are the costs managed?
Venue fees and any essential expenses (models, styling items, etc.) will be shared transparently among all participating vendors.
We will always align on the final budget before confirming any booking.
Who can join the collaboration?
We welcome wedding vendors such as planners, florists, makeup artists, gown designers, decorators, and select wedding venues.
We may also open a very limited number of spots to photographers or videographers, though the focus of the project is primarily for our own portfolio development.
How are models selected?
Models or real couples will be chosen based on the concept and desired aesthetic. We will share profiles and make a collective decision before confirming.
What is expected from each vendor?
Bring your expertise, creativity, and professionalism. This is a shared project where everyone contributes to building elevated work.
What type of locations will be used?
We aim for refined, high-standing venues such as private villas, boutique hotels, heritage properties, castles/manors, or luxury suites, depending on availability and budget.
How is the creative direction defined?
We will propose a style direction and references for each shoot, which will then be refined together with the participating vendors to ensure cohesion and alignment with everyone’s brand.
